Advanced Marina Management has a solid history of marina design and management consultation at many prominent marine precincts in Australia.

In 2002 Advanced Marina Management consulted to Mirvace Transfield Properties and Multiplex in the initial concept and design, the planning process, development and construction of the retro renovation of the original Sydney Harbour docks / piers in Walsh Bay converting them into luxury condominiums / apartments with marina berths.  

Advanced Marina Management have, since the completion of the renovation, managed the 50 marina berth moorings on a day to day basis reporting to the Executive Committee of Strata Plan 70335 Piers 6 & 7 Walsh Bay, 19 Hickson Road, Walsh Bay.

In 2004 Advanced Marina Management successfully completed the concept, design, construction and on going management of Gold Coast Marine Centre at the Gold Coast Marine Precinct located at Coomera Queensland.  This 70-hectare site consists of 30 marine commercial outlets, 50 hardstand slips, 2 travel lift machines and 30 river marina berths.  Members of the Advanced Marina Management Team are actively in service at the Coomera Marine Precinct and have been since the Precinct’s conception in 2000, consulting to Azzura Marine, Gold Coast City Marina and The Riviera Group.

In 2006 Advanced Marina Management applied it’s expertise to Marina Adelaide the new marine precinct at Largs North, Adelaide, South Australia.  Consulting in the design, construction and on going management.  Advanced Marina Management first visited the Marina Adelaide site when it was vacant riverside land; the South Australian Government constructed civil works of the harbour.  Advanced Marina Management designed this site on similar structures and layouts as previously successfully completed at the Gold Coast Marine Precinct.
